I mean, somehow, one cannot exist without the other. They are connected to each other and depend on each other.
Our life is like that. Nobody can be successful only in one plane and not the other, you cannot be successful in business without having a good, peaceful, tranquil, and merry life at home.
These days everyone is looking for a magic solution to work smarter and not harder.

- You work many hours a day, on average over 12 hours
- You haven’t taken a proper vacation in years, and even when you did, you tinkered around the house

Lately, coaching has become one of the professions with very high growth. There is tons of information on the net or you find more and more people who promise to help you get rich, find love, improve your business, and get almost anything by investing money in "Easy 1-2 Steps" programs ". Although there is nothing wrong with the fact that you want to advertise yourself, it is essential to be very clear about what constitutes coaching.
Just as no two people are the same, each coach has his own method or approach.
No matter how confident we are in our own strength, each of us has his own "baggage". Most of the time, I work in 1-1 sessions, face-to-face, via phone or Skype, it depends on the client's requirements and location to help you get clarity, and strategy and see what we can take from that "baggage ” to live and feel better and better, from all points of view and at all levels.

One of the models I like very much and I work with a lot is one session once a week, spending time with my client and allowing them to process the information and also do their assignments.
My first training is based on Dale Carnegie from Bay Area, USA, where I activated almost three years as a coach. Later, when life carried me to other continents, I began to work with multiple teams and personalities and I built up my own unique system, which combines the principles I was trained in and the daily practice I gained from my corporate, business, and personal life.
A coach will not have all the answers all the time, and it is only natural to be like this. They may have a different background than yours. However, a good coach will ask questions so that they can personalize the sessions and also stimulate you, reflect, and make you see the current situation from a different angle or from another point of view.
